Trademark has performed over 65 Validations in 2020. This was accomplished thanks to the cross-training and continual improvement that TPI provides on a daily basis. TPI has the resources to form and execute our own Protocols for your Custom Plastic Injection Molding project!

Jerry's Story
Jerry Carty, a Toolmaker by trade, founded Custom Injection Molding shop Trademark Plastics, Inc. in 1989. Originally located in Rancho Cucamonga, Jerry found the opportunity to move Trademark to a CA Enterprise Zone, defined by the State of California, to reduce operational expenditures. Jerry loved being the first one at the shop to welcome his TPI family and the last one there to wish them all a good night. He knew every employee and their families by name.He poured his heart and soul into forming this company. It has been over 18 years since his opportune decision to relocate Trademark. Trademark is now a competitor in the World Market and continues to excel through the years to reinforce the dream that Jerry once had.

G Room
Trademark's G Room is our White Room quality molding room. Trademark's largest molding room houses a wide array of machines, ranging from 35 Tons to 500 Tons, all electric and hydraulic machines. The added floorspace and height of this cleanroom allows for additional auxiliary equipment and robots. TPI's G Room is used for Medical and Laboratory components that don't require a Cleanroom environment.

FA Room
Years ago, Trademark merged our "A Room" and "B Room" by placing a new First Article Inpection lab. Adding this area between our clean rooms gave Quality personnel the freedom to collect the parts and test without having to repeat the gowning process for our cleanrooms. Combined, this saves Quality personnel hours every week.

B Room
Trademark Plastics is an ISO 13485 certified organization. We have an ISO 8 (Class 100,000) Certified cleanroom for custom injection molding. Machine tonnage ranges from 160 to 240 Tons, all electric and hydraulic machines. TPI's B Room is used primarily for Medical components, especially those that require robots. This room is highly automated, with many jobs able to run without a machine operator. TPI has the capabilities to design and manufacture End of Arm Tooling. Trademark also has a full-time MIT Certified Automation Engineer to keep all Automation equipment running at peak performance.

A Room
Trademark Plastics is an ISO 13485 certified organization. We have an ISO 7 (Class 10,000) Certified cleanroom for custom injection molding. Machine tonnage ranges from 60 to 200 Tons, all electric and hydraulic machines. Trademarks operation runs 24/7 to meet customer demand, rarely running non-medical product in our Class 7 cleanroom. TPI runs Electric, Hybrid, and Hydraulic presses at our Riverside facility.

Maintenance
Trademark has a full Maintenance team to ensure our machines stay up and running with our 24/7 Production Schedule. All machines have Maintenance schedules and Calibrations that are tracked within our ERP system. Maintenance services our whole range of machines here at TPI; hydraulic, electric, and hybrid Injection Molding Machines along with all auxiliary equipment.

Tool Room
Trademark Plastics has a full staff of Mold Makers and Technicians to repair and maintenance our customer's molds. TPI's Toolroom is equipped with a Haas VF3 CNC Machine, EDM Machine, Welding, Grinding Room, and Traditional lathe/mill. The TPI Toolroom also has a Vertical parts shelf that organizes all spare parts and configuration changes. These components are tracked within our ERP System.
